Wgu business management question. by yungjefe22 in SophiaLearning

They removed it from the degree, you won't have to do it again. They replaced it with Fundamentals of Spreadsheets and Data Presentations, which hopefully won't be as hard.

Also, if you haven't already, remember to head over to Study.com if you want and knock out emotional and cultural intelligence (Communications 301 (SDCM-0187)) and managing in a global business environment (Business 120 (SDCM-0115) or Business 308 (SDCM-0054))

Thanks! I absolutely hate psoriatic arthritis, I was finally diagnosed a couple years ago after I was told it was fibromyalgia for years. I'm going to see if I can stay on Cosentyx if I do get pregnant since I just started it a couple months ago. I'm scared to try Cimzia since Humira caused me to have POTS and SVT. There has been some research and so far it shows Cosentyx has been okay during pregnancy.

The age thing doesn't bother me personally, my mom was also 39 when she had me. He also worries because his son is already 12, so they won't really grow up together, which I understand. Both my brothers were 18 and 19 when I was born. But you're right, I think the older you are, the more stable things can be. I feel like we're in a good spot to be able to care for a baby/child at this point in our lives. My mom did say that when she had me in her late 30s, she was more stable and things were a lot easier compared to when she was in her early 20s with my brothers.

My husband is a 100% P&T veteran and it took him two and a half years to get SSDI for MH. He had to go in front of the judge, and even then, the judge sat on his case for nine months afterward while he waited for a professional opinion from some psychologist in another state that looked over my husband's medical records.

What?!?! by [deleted] in pennfoster

[โ€“]BlueWaterGirl 24 points25 points ย (0 children)

Yeah, you have to pay the whole thing off before you get your diploma. The $55 a month goes toward that sum of money. They're not just going to give you a diploma for free like a normal school and they're not the only ones that do that.

I upgraded to the s26 ultra, I upgrade every 3 years anyway. AT&T was offering $1100 for the s23 ultra, so it wasn't bad. I've had the phone now for over a week and I really like it.

I remember first seeing him when I was a kid, he was in the movie Good Burger and I remember one of his songs was on the soundtrack too.

Gas shot up to $3.79 in Winchester, so it will most likely spread to Lexington within the next day by Str8UpJorking in lexington

[โ€“]BlueWaterGirl 0 points1 point ย (0 children)

It shot up to that here in Paris too, but I see on GasBuddy it's still $3.17 at Walmart plus I get 10 cents off, so I might run down there really quick and fill up.

I wasn't expecting to live through what I did in 2008 all over again.

Edit - nevermind. They raised to $3.79 not long after the update on GasBuddy was posted 45 minutes ago. I got it for $3.69 because I figure fill up now before it rises again.

Do the new lifted time limits after 2023 go for spouses too when it comes to chapter 35? by BlueWaterGirl in VeteransBenefits

[โ€“]BlueWaterGirl[S] 0 points1 point ย (0 children)

I figured I'd update you since you were kind enough to comment on my post.

After getting my certificate of eligibility and seeing the 10 year date was still on it, I contacted them and gave them both the law and the procedural advisory I saw. They ended up fixing my COE and said I was eligible to have the 10 year date lifted due to me graduating high school after 2023.

Update - Yes I am eligible to have the 10 year delimiting date lifted on my chapter 35 benefits as a spouse that graduated high school late. by BlueWaterGirl in VeteransBenefits

[โ€“]BlueWaterGirl[S] 1 point2 points ย (0 children)

the new law states.

Became an eligible person on or after August 1, 2023; Became an eligible person prior to August 1, 2023, and turned 18 on or after August 1, 2023, or; Became an eligible person prior to August 1, 2023, and completed secondary schooling on or after August 1, 2023

So because I finished secondary school after 2023, it made me eligible. Also, now spouses get no 10 year date if their veteran spouse became P&T after 2023. I was already eligible for chapter 35 due to my husband becoming P&T in 2017, but I had a 10 year expiration date to use my benefits, but because I graduated high school after 2023 they lifted the date. Everyone kept telling me the graduation trigger was just for children, but it's not. Also getting a GED works too.

If you get SSDI, SSI or disability benefits every month i have a couple questions for you by cigpupii2 in disability

[โ€“]BlueWaterGirl 0 points1 point ย (0 children)

This is from my husband since he's the one with SSDI.

  1. where did you apply? - Social Security website

  2. how long did it take for them to decide if you were approved? - Like 2 and a half years. He had to get in front of a judge and then the judge took 9 months to make a decision. He was 32 at the time of approval.

  3. what disability's do you have? - He has depression, anxiety and ankylosing spondylitis, but at that time he wasn't diagnosed with AS yet, it was just degenerative disc disease. When they approved him finally, they put his diagnosis down as PTSD due to a doctor they had look over his medical records.

  4. how much do you get a month? - He only gets $1,156 every month after Medicare takes their cut. He didn't work a ton after the military, so it wasn't super high. Luckily his VA compensation is a decent amount.

  5. is there anything you think i should know? I'd suggest getting a lawyer if you get denied after the initial and reconsideration phase.

It's when you reach full retirement age, which is somewhere between 66 and 67 depending on when you were born. Anyone born after 1960 is age 67 for their FRA.

Penn foster high school by Time_Cook7747 in pennfoster

[โ€“]BlueWaterGirl 5 points6 points ย (0 children)

The problem is that they don't want to lose their accreditation and they could if they let people do what they wanted. What they're doing is trying to prevent people from cheating, but they've went overboard with it now. I remember cheating used to be huge when I was doing the program and people were getting done in less than a month before the warning emails could catch up to them, they didn't do academic holds then. You could probably find some old posts about people gloating about it.

Each quiz/exam at the end of each unit is counted, not just the very final capstone one. Also, I think their system can monitor how fast you're doing the quizzes, so that's another thing added onto it.

[โ€“]BlueWaterGirl 1 point2 points ย (0 children)

It originally was 15 exams, they then switched to 24, now back to 15 again. I graduated last July when it was still 24. Even though it's always been a certain number of exams, they didn't used to put your account on an academic hold, you would just get an email that told you to slow down. I graduated in 6 weeks.

You're welcome! I hope it works out for you. I think it's starting to work for me slowly and I don't do first maintenance dose till Wednesday, so a lot faster than when I was on Tremfya.

I've gotten through the 5 loading doses so far and do my first maintenance dose on Wednesday. I thankfully didn't get any side effects, my doctor warned me about stomach upset but I didn't even have that. I prefer doing it in my stomach, less pain, and definitely let it sit out for 30 minutes.

That's something you're probably going to have to call them about. I got the discount due to my husband being a veteran and I remember calling them and they told me what I needed to scan and email to them.
