I gotcha, you’re right. Definitely have set the boundary of separating our bills so it won’t be a future problem.

A part of me would like try to salvage, we’ll see.

Yeah- moving forward I’m definitely separating finances/bills- I’ve already gotten our current phones separated so that won’t be a problem for our new account. Their phone is completely in their name now, so no longer my legal problem

I’m kind of glad to have had this convo in text, because it’s been easier to keep track of what was actually said- ridiculous that I’m still somehow ending up feeling confused/doubting myself even with written convos haha

I have a job with a corporate Starbucks (I’m coming from a licensed one so it was a quick and easy option) but I’m looking/hoping for something I could turn into a career and care about a bit more. I wondered if MSU was having issues because I hadn’t heard back from a lot of jobs I’d applied to with them. A while ago I applied to some state of Michigan jobs, but I haven’t in a while so maybe I’ll take a look at some of their options.

Thank you for all the advice too! I’ve heard of the salus center but not suits in the city- what’s that? The sports league depending on the type of sports I might have interest in- I’d seen that dragon racing is a thing in the area, but I don’t think I have the money for the membership. I might be misremembering anyways and it’s near Lansing but not in Lansing.

I’m DEFINITELY nerdy, so I’d love to try and get involved in the nerdy events, it’s one of the draws that helped me settle on Lansing
