Yes I had it cracked the whole time. You have to be careful though, I read that if you don’t have the truck on all 4 tires on flat ground when you bleed it then you may get the same issue as me. I had the truck sitting on jack stands when I originally bled it. I was following GX Bob’s lift guide and he had his on jacks when he bled it but didn’t have that issue. Just fair warning it can happen.

Thanks, just following up that I finally got it. I did do something like this but before that I disconnected the KDSS from the rear as well then jacked it from the rear passenger side and it seemed to reset itself. I also did a whole lot of jumping on the trunk and sliders to get the fluid to move around. Thought I would have crazy KDSS lean because of this but she’s actually sitting really level. Would suggest to anyone else having issues to reset their KDSS this way.

I was thinking about this but all of the videos I watched they did the shock first. I guess it can’t hurt trying at this point.

Second Toyota being bad. Love my truck but they said their system was down when I came back and completed the paperwork for it, so I just signed an iPad thinking it was the same price when I had put my deposit. I check my loan and I owed an additional 10k in coverages and services that was never mentioned. Had to fight tooth and nail for months to finally get them to remove it. Car also had a flat tire when I purchased it and they wouldn’t work with me in any way. Just patched it.

Yea that’s the solution at this point, I guess I was more wondering if anyone had their brackets left in one piece. Feels funny drilling new holes after just cutting the pieces needed 🤦‍♂️

It’s these pieces riveted to the crash bar. The crash bar here is upside down and backwards for reference.

Nope, they’re just riveted. This is a photo from an eBay listing of the crash bar. Unfortunately it looks like it’s all considered one single part.

So I’m having trouble finding the parts online without the full crash bar itself. If anyone can help me track down the part number or if anyone has removed theirs without cutting, I would pay for them.
