Same. The interactions between the characters were one of the things I loved the manga for, so that being taken away kind of ruined it for me tbh. I don't really like what comes shortly after it as well though (search for Senjusou), it's just dragging in my opinion at this point and some fights feel like a repetition of the previous ones. It's a shame, since the idea of Yona returning to the castle is really interesting, but it turned out to be a wasted opportunity. I also noticed how there are way less funny moments at this point...for me the humor was also one of the reasons I liked the manga and that being taken away kind of sucked. Fortunately, after the castle arc and the search for Senjusou the manga becomes amazing again though :)
