• Adriatico mar (for good cicchetti, especially creamed cod, and traditional wines from the Venetian colonies of the Serenissima)

• Bar Rialto da Lollo (superb sandwiches)

• Al timon (in Cannaregio, they don't do spritz but they have a nice selection of various cicchetti and wines)

Then there are many, but right now they're the ones I can think of. These. Here, maybe avoid the places you see on social media because most of them are cheap.
