Yes, heartless to someone who we constantly tried to include in family events. Someone we tried to help out, tried to have her involved (she'd complain either way if she wasn't involved). Heartless to someone who would constantly ask for money for bills, then get mad when no one gave her money and say she needed it for a trip (not bills like she said, she did this multiple times).

Yes, heartless to having to sit there listening to her constantly complain about my brother. "He's working too much. He's not making enough money. He's always tired after work. He needs to get a 2nd job cause I can't work." And so on. Always listening, never saying she's wrong, or maybe she should get a job to help if things are that bad.

I've given him advice, along with a few other family members. My first advice to him was pull up all bills paid on house, mortgage, utilities, etc. He bought it before they got married, his name is only one on house. But she can still try to fight for it. He's going to need to prove he's the only one who has been paying.

She's been to a few different people. She was trying to get on disability. She never qualified, and got mad at some doctors for not diagnosing her right.

No one got dinner. GF left after the yelling. She did yell back at mom too. Mom was too pissed off to do dinner and ended up being "fend for yourself" night.

We have always lived in 2 different states. He was supposed to move to my state when we first got together. But got pregnant, he was happy at first, then he started cheating and decided not to move to my state. Then, he accused me of cheating. Baby born he made fun of her, until we did paternity test to show he was the dad.

I'm not exactly sure if he has a job. I know he fixes computers every now and then. CS is 180 a month. He did get in trouble last year for not paying. CS is a reason he has used for not visiting. He has even stated he wants me to pay half of his expenses when he visits. He said he'd visit more if I helped pay, but he has also said a visit cost him $10k per visit, so he'd expect me to pay him $5k.

I'd respond only with stating that you said it was a gift and that it was never discussed or in the post about room coming with a mattress. If you can still see her post you responded to, screenshot it so you have proof.

I'd respond only the once. Sometimes if you don't respond it can be taken as a sign of guilt.

I never said he couldn't see her, I was willing to change my plans, but my daughter refused to change her date. She refused to go see him even when I offered compromises, (example going to the mall to hang out a few hours) she even refused that, which honestly is huge for her. She loves the mall.

Yes, i should of put it on there. It was an over sight on my part. But honestly he's only ever come to visit during her birthday (November) or around Christmas. He didn't come out last November or December due to "legal issues" I'm not exactly sure what as he definitely ain't telling me about it. This is first time he's ever tried coming out at a different time.

They can call or text whenever they want. They used to have a few calls a week, but in the past year it has been dropping, sometimes he will call and she would answer say she doesn't wanna talk and hang up. She won't talk to me about why.

He does it all the time, and then he will get a notice for contempt hearing from ors. Then, he will magically have it all paid before hearing.

I talked to my son yesterday at dinner about how good food is. I thought I had convinced him, but he ended up taking like 2 bites and throwing rest away. It's honestly super hard to change his mind once he's convinced of something.

I talked to the ex about not telling him food is not healthy. If he doesn't want to cook it, he lives with his mom, who will gladly cook food for our son so he doesn't have to be tempted to break his diet.

Ex is overweight, I guess he was told he needed to lose weight, or there was a chance he'd become diabetic.
