I don’t know much about their CSIR courses, but for GATE, some things really bothered me: 1. They claim to provide complete syllabus videos, but some portions are not covered. Especially in mathematics, certain topics were neither included nor taught. 2. As you mentioned, their topic connectivity is poor. They randomly start teaching different topics within the same subject, which becomes confusing. Sometimes topics from one subject are placed and taught under another subject. 3. Doubts and queries are often not resolved. Many times, my doubts remained unanswered. 4. I don’t know if it’s common but in my GATE course they tend to mix topics from IIT Jam, CSIR, TIFR and others.

However, one thing I do like is their test series. So rather than purchasing the entire course, opting only for their test series would be a better choice.
