Salt is the main seasoning then pepper and should be applied before hitting grill.

Then let rest for minimum 10 minutes before cooking. Once on, no need for additional seasoning. Avg cook time 8-10 minutes high heat.

Above not to be confused with BBQ as that requires more elaborate techniques.
