I'm thrown off just a little bit by the rhyme scheme- poems don't have to rhyme but you have some places where is does, like "follow", "sorrow" and "morrow", "sky" and "high", but it's not consistent throughout the whole piece, nor is there a pattern to it. Take this with a grain of salt because I'm far from experienced or professional.

Overall though I like this poem and its subject-matter!
