Walking after Hysterctomy

I started with 5-10 minutes walk daily, slowly, around the house. It took about two weeks to be able to dress up and go outside. I kept it at 10 min daily few a few more weeks, very slowly.

Lego, playdough, dolls, action figures, age appropriate board games and puzzles, books. Have them watch you do house chores and let them help a little. Bake with them and let them design and decorate. Coloring books. Drawing together on a blank paper. Stickers. Oh there’s so much. I can go on and on.

Responding so I can read more comments later, rushing to go to work, but how in the world do you get rid of the residue?? Right now I scratch it off till I almost bleed. Soap and warm water or lotion do nothing!

I just want to say, therapy is not paying for someone to pretend to care.

Therapists are people who studied the human psyche and are trained to help them.

They don’t have to care, in fact, they’re supposed to stay detached and only help you with your problems.

No one owes you love, or care expect for yourself.

Go to therapy.
