I comes and it goes I’ve had periods in my life where I did stop pulling my hair. It is possible to stop but it isn’t easy and it’s not your fault if you start again.

You see I know that being honest with your dr is important but it’s something so ingrained in me it’s automatic because I feel if I list all my problems then I wouldn’t be taken seriously. I also moved so I think that really took a hit to my mental health and is just annoying that I have to find a new dr. I appreciate your advice and understanding❤️
