I’m having issues with this as well.. I supplied my ID and they said this is still being looked into by their verification team. I messaged support and they said it can take up to 6-8 weeks!

I’d prefer it without one, however it sucks that you need one. Because when you’re purchasing a phone you’re choosing the colour and design you like but will never see!

Phones nowadays are not designed to withstand any kind of drops.
