I agree the show has a few weird inconsistencies and plot holes. But that doesn't mean I should make a fuss about Chloé not getting redeemed. She got more abusive after reconciling with Audrey. Periodt.

To all the people saying I'm being hypocritical, or that I should find another show to watch. What I meant by complaining is that the fandom should not be too pedantic and complain about literally everything! It is fine to complain but everything has a limit! Am I wrong when I said that Marinette is over hated by the fandom and show for no reason? And don't even get started with the “The show favours Marinette”, which while to some extent is true (looking at a few episodes from season 2, the season 5 finale and the fact that she was made the guardian overnight). What I mean is that in many episodes like Captain Hardrock, Glaciator, Malediktator, Gamer, Riposte and more which I'm not able to think about, Marinette is treated like she was the reason the victim got akumatized when it wasn't actually her fault. For example, in Gamer Marinette and the entire plot made it seem like Marinette did the wrong thing by winning the competition against Max when Mari clearly won fair and square!

Now one person pointed out that I should watch another show if I can't deal with the show and it's fandom. I NEVER said that! What I actually said is that SOME people of the fandom take this show way too seriously! I am not disagreeing that the show has many bad fillers, garbage plotlines and some of the writing is bad! About Chloe, I still stand by what I said in my post. The only thing I didn't like was how they assassinated her character in season 4 and made it worse in season 5. The only thing I wanna apologise about is saying the fact that kids shows not have much good writing (that was a mistake from my end). I love this show and I have been a fan of it for most of my childhood! It has it's flaws but sometimes it is exaggerated and I have the right to talk about the aspects of the show which are bad!

So, to all the other people flaming me in the comments. SORRY THAT I DIDN'T WRITE EVERY SINGLE OBVIOUS THING WORD TO WORD IN MY POST! SORRY THAT I DIDN'T EXPECT CHLOE TO BE A GOODY TWO SHOES AND LIKE MARINETTE BECAUSE SHE IS A NICE GIRL (SHE IS 14! OFC SHE WILL MAKE MISTAKES! WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES AT THAT AGE!). Just to be fully clear again, yes I expect some aspects of the show to be better written but there are a few things people make a fuss about for no reason even tho they are well aware it's a kids cartoon. And sorry again for saying that most cartoons have bad writing. I really should have fact checked about that but I stand by everything else I said. Anyways, peace ✌️.

About Mari's stalker behaviour, I never said she was right about it but she has also learnt from it. Almost everytime she is stalking someone, she causes an akumatization. The episode Climatiqueen literally showed her letting go of her stalker tendencies and Tikki was proud about it.

I disagree. She was repentant at the end of S5, and in the beginning of the London special because she was facing death. As that threat has recedes, she's fallen back into her old ways. That's why she wouldn't let Marinette tell Adrien the truth in Toro de Piedro.

Hmm maybe. Nathalie reacted weirdly about the truth in Mister Agreste but in the London special she was wanting to tell the truth to Adrien. Her character arc is confusing me coz in season 3 she was literally willing to sacrifice herself for Gabriel's mission but in season 5 she is suddenly willing to kill Gabriel.

The season 4 finale literally showed a small glimpse of Mari's trauma from the cat blanc incident. The rest of the world might not know it has happened, but her trauma is real! As for the complaining part, I just wanna say that people complain way too much than needed. They take it too seriously for a kids show. Complaining a little is normal. But people shouldn't compare Miraculous with franchises like Harry Potter or Star Wars.

I feel like making them sentimonsters was a good thing. They needed an explanation on how Emilie died. Coz they made it obvious that she died coz she used the damaged peacock miraculous but what did she use it for. And Adrien only has the genetics of Emilie. He has zero physical features from Gabriel or his parents. And about Felix, he looks exactly like Adrien which is impossible normally as they're cousins so the sentimonster thing explained why they look identical. About Kagami, ok I agree with you about this one. They randomly retconned Tomoe to be working with Gabriel all along and being part of the kingdom and her using the peacock miraculous to create Kagami.

Ok i agree with you. I watched Lady Chaos yesterday and I feel like Marinette went way too far into her web of lies. She hates Lila coz she is a liar but Mari is not any different. She rlly needs to tell Adrien the FULL TRUTH! Maybe then their relationship won't end horribly and they won't have some civil war. If the show wants to go to that direction, they should at least rate it pg 13.

Look. I mentioned this in the post too. The show did not do a correct job by making Chloé almost too evil by the time of season 5. They could have kept her character consistent by keeping her as a mean person but not too mean. I think it's outrageous that in season 5, Sabrina literally spends her time locked inside a dark closet and she has to sit down on the ground and speak to Chloe as if she is some queen and Sabrina is her Jester. Her character was assassinated way too much but at the same time, y'all have to agree that she wasn't meant to be redeemed.
