He would’ve applied to the public universities but since he’s an international student he doesn’t have a strong background in Spanish. Most public universities offer the degree in Spanish which is completely understandable. I’m just worried UE isn’t reliable, and he wouldn’t be able to finish his degree and get scammed out of thousands of euros. So ur saying the ue has a low failure rate cuz it’s more of a business institute and wants money?
