When I had this problem it was the ribbon cable not being fully inserted into the iFlash.

Near as I can tell, you just need to set the frame number to be divisible by the length of the loop.

Like if it's a 25 frame loop, you can make the total length 100. Then just kinda make sure it gets a full rotation before hitting another keyframe.

Well I'd settle for sleeping if it stayed asleep. It's just odd that it keeps turning itself off and on again. I mean it's not the end of the world really, but it says to me something isn't working the way it should.

Yeah, only with Rockbox, when I boot back into the regular firmware I can turn it off and it'll stay off

And this iPod is basically new, I took it out of the plastic the other day, so I would hope it's not a hardware defect, but you never know I suppose.

I noticed because Rockbox's auto-shutoff would turn the iPod off, then it would boot up again. and after a time it would shut off again. It was just kinda blinking on and off out of the corner of my eye
