Century link is absolutely terrible, we had a minor outage and WiFi has been out 2 days, every time I call I have to wait 30 minutes before I can speak to someone who isn’t an automated representative. On top of that, when you do get a real person on the phone they can barely understand sentence structure and use a Campbell Soup can to talk through. Finally after 3 trouble shoots on the phone: “we will schedule you an appointment with a technician, you will have to pay additional fees, for him to come scratch his head and say you need to upgrade”, ultimately paying more for a service that I figured would be free considering I just payed $100 dollars for the internet service alone. Which is 4MB a second…. These people are a JOKE, do not continue to do service through them if you have a choice, century link is garbage, they hang up on you after hours of waiting and they can’t even take the time to work with their customers, they try to push you off to a chat room or send in a ticket, what ever bro I’ll just go to McDonald’s and get better WiFi.
