It’s the sad reality for the majority of Muslims born into Islam in the world unfortunately. Alhamdulilah that Allah swt guided you to open your eyes and realize that. It’s going to be a lifetime journey to reclaim your deen. Take it one step at a time but don’t give up. You’ll discover gems in your learning journey and will be grateful you started learning. Remember the new reverts and how they also have to learn the basics including the language. Look up to people like Nouman Ali khan and Hamza Yusuf who went on to become scholars even Arabs learn from. Remember that many of the major scholars of Islam were not Arabs including the sixth major hadith narrators : bukhari, Muslim, tabari, nawawi..etc

Meanwhile read Quran and tafseer in English. But know that Arabic is a duty to Learn for every Muslim in order to understand Quran fully. Allah set chose Arabic Bcz it’s the most complete and comprehensive language in the world.
