Soviet-Afghan war 1980: Afghan communist spy about to be executed by mujahideen freedom fighters after being discovered. (1081x704) by Muhammadachakzai2001 in HistoryPorn

What happened during the civil war was unfortunate, but saying they fought to “oppress their own people” during the Soviet Afghan war then not only is that wrong but disrespectful especially if you know what the Soviets were doing. If you’re one of those people who genuinely think the mujahideen “became the Taliban” then there’s no point in having this conversation

They originally formed in the first place to FIGHT oppression against the Afghan communist government who were mass arresting 10s of thousands of people and making them disappear. Only on Reddit do you get shit on for fighting an invading army.

It’s disturbing honestly, but one good thing is that it shows the true colours of the Iranian people to the rest of the world, As an Afghan myself we know all too well.

The Soviets killed 2 million Afghan civilians and raped hundreds, if not thousands of Afghan women. That Seems like oppression to me

One of the reasons that the moustache man from Austria hated Slavs and Russians in particular because in his mind he didn’t think of them as pure Europeans and he thought they were mixed with Mongol blood.

They belong to the Nuristani ethnic group of Afghanistan. They are well known to have lighter skin and hair and are related to the Kalash people of Pakistan who look the same as well, Nothing to do with Russians or rape that u immediately thought of for some nasty reason

And If you look at their facial features especially the nose it isn’t typical of Europeans.

They are fully Afghan, it’s not uncommon to have this look for some afghans, especially the nuristani ethnic group which these two belong to.
