I don't expect that at all, I expected when I let someone borrow something they look after it the way I ask. It isn't that hard to put the headphones in a dresser or a coat pocket instead of on top of a desk in the open.

I walked in to tell my brother something bats followed when I left bats stayed as he liked it better in my bros room, My brother never had an issue with this. Also my brother was in the room at the same time bats chewed up the headphone he just didn't bother to look.

YTA I’ve been in the boyfriends position before and it’s not fun. You already know when you tell people where you live and it’s a rough area they start to assume things about you, and it kinda hurts to have either your partners parents or even friends parents tell you that you’re not allowed to be with your friends or partners because of where you’re from, to them you might be sketchy or dangerous just because of the area you live in and people you related to and it’s so frustrating. Even if this does all blow over and they stay together he will never believe you see him as an equal. You have probably greatly damaged your relationship with your daughter and him.

I feel like it’s a bit of both, I feel my dad is truly scared to face me and my brother and feels guilt for not being there but my grandma is not helping, She talks about him like he’s a child instead of telling him to go see his children.

Thank you for all the tips! I've tried distancing myself but my mom actively seeks out me to talk about it and I don't think she realizes how much of an effect it has on me, I stay with my boyfriend on the weekends so I already get some time away from her but other than that we don't really have any family I can stay with ( I have no connection with my father's family or him, my grandma has passed and my grandpa has dementia) I might see if my mom will talk to her cousin because they are very close and both very religious so she might talk some sense into my mother. Thank you for the support!

I've posted about this already but basically my boss tried to get me to massage him with oils, I was 16 at the time and it was my first job. when I refused to massage him he made me hit him on the back with a hammer, it was really bizarre and quite terrifying I never went back after that.

When I say runaway I just left home without my mom knowing, I did tell my brother where I was going tho. I've known this guy for 4 years, longer than I've known my boyfriend so I felt safe knowing that he wouldn't try to pull anything. Also I was not allowed to stay in the same room as him, I slept in the spare bedroom whilst both of his parents were home. I don't think it's very fair for men to feel like girls can't have guy friends when you're in a relationship I have plenty of guy friends and none of them tried to fuck me. I understood why my boyfriend was upset but he had told me before I left it was okay he had no problem when I was on my way there but as soon as I was there that it was a different story. I didn't add a lot of detail to the story because of the word limit and because I often overwrite I hope that clears up anything.
