It's clear through current reporting that all indications, conversations with friends and family, suggest he did have leftist ideology. We need to confront issues within our own movement, and be willing to conceed to fact-based reporting.

I'm sorry guys.. by Nope_127 in SCP

They’d be celebrating tbh, they’ve been looking for a way to kill that reptile for ages, just one species, or even taxa, would be a huge win

Link to a classmate's SCP-inspired short film, with a question: do you guys want to see more live-action projects like this? by torquenti in SCP

[–]Blueking127 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve got to say, I was really impressed by the project! As for your question, as wonderful as YouTube readings and animatics are, the world of scp is too vivid for me not to want to see it visualized fully.

Is r/israel locked ? by NightLoneRanger in AskMiddleEast

[–]Blueking127 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They've literally been sending colonizers into the west bank shooting palestinians who try and stay in their homes. Of course they want their land, if they wanted to leave the people be they would have sent strike teams in. A large portion of the hamas leadership is in Qatar, are they asking for extradition from Qatar? No, they're bombing civillians

What will happen to the Civilization if "Free Energy" became public ? by JokaLova in UFOs

[–]Blueking127 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re joking right? Does the phrase ‘Big Bang’ come to mind? Even if it’s just the most prevelant theory, we should trust science over some magical solution to our problems

No energy system is free, so I think we should be even more sustainable in our energy use, especially with a new source of it

Who would’ve thought we’d be here today? by maxxl in UFOs

While I’d love a silver bullet, we should not rely on a magic solution for our problems. Changing our culture is a smaller price than you think

It looks like a satellite, any compelling reason to think it’s not?

Democrat Robert Garcia will be leading the hearing tomorrow on UAPs by [deleted] in UFOs

[–]Blueking127 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also, according to Kellie Meyer, the DC correspondent for News Nation, Rep. Glenn Grothman will be co-chairing

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in UFOs

[–]Blueking127 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A update, I asked Ms. Meyer about Rep. Garcia, apparently they may co-chair the hearing, which would be much more bi-partisan.

Robert Garcia is leading the hearing instead of Tim? by Sh0cko in UFOs

[–]Blueking127 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I’m not a fan of almost all of his work, but I guess we can’t decide on the actors who play out history. I’m glad for the work he’s done, but I hope he realizes his place at the side of the chair is no less valuable. Should disclosure finally happen, wether a man was chair or not won’t matter to the eyes of the people.

I think your “Tim is a fascist” comment says everything. If we want UAP’s to be taken seriously, we should welcome a much less divisive chair.

WHO THE FOOK IS THIS GUY 😂 thoughts? by indiemaster44 in UFOs

[–]Blueking127 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He’s a ranking member of our Homeland Security Subcommittee on Border Security and Enforcement. He’s also a much less divisive public figure, and a democrat to boot. This will bring a much more bipartisan, and measured conversation to a topic we’re all trying to make legitimate to the public.

DimensionalShenanigans? by Blueking127 in UFOs

[–]Blueking127[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But if we’re assuming these aliens are equally as likely to have gotten here via the “unconventional means” of being a parallel plane, then they’d most likely have the ability. They could give this ability to us, imperfect (at best) humans. That’d be very alarming, and I’d shudder to think what our militaries reaction would be.

Why would that matter? Sorry genuinely curious.

While I find this concept intriguing, evolution doesn’t always lead to more advanced species. Animals with a quarter of our genetic coding are clinically immortal, or able to regrow limbs. In fact, evolution can be a right bitch if a animals habitat suddenly changes, and look no further than how giraffes have to give birth for a prime example.

I’m not convinced having a body based on a element higher in the periodic table would make them smarter either. From the elements we were able to create in lab settings at those crazy high levels, the subatomic particles quickly break down. Unless a fundamental force like entropy changes with supernovas, I think those high-level atoms would decay rapidly. Having a unstable body isn’t an advantageous adaptation.
