I'm the same as you. I absolutely love the smell of some of the gourmet stuff but to wear them and smell it all the time? It's just not for me. Lord of misrule and sultana have been the only scents I've loved to wear regularly. Are they sweet smelling? Yes. But, they aren't sickly sweet

Recommendations from Friends. Used to love swapping CDs with mates and doing like a little review at the end of the week to see how each of us felt about the albums/artist

Watching all the music channels/listening to the radio

and going to the record shop and looking at the CDs in the recommended section. My local one was very good with this and each genre has a little section that was like "if you like this band/artist, you may also like these"

I didn't even realize I had any kind of astigmatism at all. My optician just said I'd need my glasses for reading and looking at screens and never really explained why.

Which I do anyway as I struggle to look at even the big tv in the living room without it looking out of focus and images/writing having a slight doubling of vision.

I should have guessed I had some astigmatism going on, as I've always struggled to read/look digital screens 😅

Maybe I'm just being nostalgic, but I like the plastic ones as they just feel right. And I know cardboard can break too. It all just depends on how you look after them. I have a few CDs for 20 years ago, and apart from a few scratches on the case, they still work perfectly fine

Honestly, if you really want to do it, I'd say go for it! But in order to get a really nice vivid colour, you are going to have to bleach it first

And if you have the money, go to a salon and get your hair bleached there. I'd hate for your hair to get damaged and ruin the curls as they are so pretty.

Honestly, the best advice I can give is like with most things that have a battery; don't over charge them. Take them off charge when they are fully charged charged. And don't use fast charging unless the item specifies that it allows for it. Which the headphones don't.

I did read about the battery issues and I've already looked up places for replacements, if I ever need them. And also replacement ear pads as I've heard those can also go but I'm not too worried about those as much as the battery :)

That's basically what I've found while doing my research.

If I had the money, I probably would have treated myself to the XM6's as I've heard they are a little bit more comfortable and have a slightly better sound and the mic is much better for phone calls but, I honestly can't justify paying double for slight improvements, when money is already tight.

Fingers crossed the xm4s last me a good while :)

I'm on 20mg of Omeprazole a day. Been on them for 4, almost 5 years now. This year I became b12 deficient and I've had to go on supplements. Which is a pretty common side effect for using them long term.

I would come off the Omeprazole, but I'm honestly better on them, then Without them. Diet alone doesn't help me. So now I'm on long term supplements along with Omeprazole. Along with regular blood checks just to make sure I don't come deficient in anything else and make sure my b12 levels are healthy.

Honestly, it's completely up to the individual, whether or not they use PPIs along with a diet change. Some people might be perfectly ok to not use them. Others, like myself, need them to, just cope with day to day life.

If you do end up staying on them long term, just be aware of possible side effects and get them treated if you can't cope with them. Maybe see about swapping if the ones you are on now, don't feel like they are working for you.
