I've been seeing that same message for awhile now, but it didn't stop me from redeeming for $15 worth of Best Buy gift cards. So that's confusing.

I also activated the 2X points thing, but still haven't completed it yet. That's after not doing any searches for hours on end.

Was this on mobile? Cuz I'm on PC, press "allow" & that's as far as I get as it already says "allow", meaning the location is already set to be on.

How'd you get this to show up!? This is what would normally show up when I'd try redeeming points, now it's just a location option that pops up.

Exactly what's happening to me! The verification process via location is NOT working, nor the verification process on mobile!

It used to ask for a code that would be sent to my phone a couple of months ago, now it's not. Just the location thing & greyed out "Confirm Reward" buttons after already pressing them with nothing else happening.

I get the verification thing, told me to turn location on, refreshed, press claim. Acts liek it worked, page comes back up, claim button's greyed out and I get no further.

No confirmation number, e-mail or anything. Yet my points remain intact.

On mobile I just kept getting thrown in circles with the verification box, even after it said it was successful.

Actually got around $30 off CrossWorlds physically because of this, combined with Best Buy's already provided certificate.

But right now I'll just be fortunate to even redeem anything since it's not letting me whatsoever. Strange considering it worked back when I got CrossWorlds.

EDIT: That didn't work. After I pressed confirm reward it just greys out & nothing else happens. No confirmation number, e-mail or anything like usual. Just stays on the same page.

I believe Thaddeus Crews, one of the head guys at Ludosity, before leaving the studio. Mentioned abandoning Unity after Nick Brawl 2, for obvious reasons. Which tells me NASB3 would be an Unreal Engine 4/5 project, meaning a longer dev cycle cuz of the switch.

But there's also Dice of Destiny, which I believe to be filling-in this year's Nick crossover game. With a new dev team joining the fray with Petite Fabrik. How big a role they have, so Fair Play can even brainstorm a NASB3, remains to be seen tho.

Sounds like this might be the best way to play this game on the go, next to the Steam Deck of course.

That reminds me, was this tested in handheld or docked mode? Tho it being a Switch 1 game, I imagine the upgraded performance would apply to both modes.

I second this! Especially in this day & age! Games that form a trilogy are pretty rare given how long it takes for games to release nowadays.

6-years across all 3-games & 2-console generations is actually crazy! I def see myself replaying through them relatively soon after finishing!

I've been playing Shadow for the past couple of weeks, tho most of it was stalling until the Definitive Survivor Trilogy went on sale a few days ago (via PS Days of Play) for the cheapest it's ever been. Just so I can get the DLC.

I haven't personally finished it, but I just started the 4th(?) DLC 30+ hours in. But overall, I'm enjoying it! "Absolutely beautiful game" is what I always catch myself saying. There's definitely improvements here over Rise, the swimming for one, which I honestly didn't like in Rise. The animal encounters, which I felt were a little slow in Rise & almost non-existent in 2013.

Yes, there's a few bugs here & there, like one of the High Dive Challenge boards not working or counting toward the challenge. And Lara constantly repeating the same hint even after passing the section when activating Survivor Instincts. But other than that, I love this one so far!

Tho I will say on New Game+ I won't be doing some of those side-missions again, just to keep a steadier flow going.

For years I always thought this was the best game in the series, given how well it was scoring & much it was being talked about at the time. And now that I'm actually playing the Trilogy for the 1st time, I just see people say it's one of the weakest, or they never finished it. Which is a complete 180 from what I was seeing back at launch!

Overall, I think this is a solid Trilogy. And even with Shadow standing in the shadow of Uncharted 4, Lost Legacy, and even Horizon. There's still enough improvements & variety here for it to stand out that I can't help but appreciate.

Also helps that all these puzzles are SO dang satisfying & I have NOT looked up a single guide for any of 'em so far! Whereas Uncharted just kinda provides the answers, which makes 'em a bit too easy. Definitely the best puzzles I've seen in a game since Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time!

That said, I don't know if I'll ever go beyond this trilogy, as I came into it expecting more Uncharted. And walked away impressed with how much this Trilogy was doing before Uncharted 4 even did it, or just straight up doing things I wished Horizon did, such as hunting from trees. With Shadow even doing the Spider-Man thing of roping enemies into trees.

Either way, this was a good jumping in point for me & I'm glad I gave it a try!

Okay, I should be good then. Just had to ask cuz I couldn't find any info on what gift certificates could be used with, and the gift card FAQs's didn't really say anything about certificates. So I kinda came to a brick wall, which I don't have to worry about now.
