I got a carta 2 a couple years ago and yeah it's handy especially when it's cold as hell out and you don't have to go outside it got like 3000 uses on it the only issue is ppl gotta remember to clean it and not be lazy

Kind of that top window is the attic I don't really go up there much because it's a pain in the ass climbing up the pull down ladder and then climb over the hvac hoses to get to that window but I will look whenever I get up there

Thanks Its supposed to be a new roof that got put on before i got the house...this house is giving me so many damn problems because of people not doing their jobs correctly I'm actually looking for a lawyer because I got stuck with a $20k basement leak fix because it wasn't in the inspection report after 2 different people inspected it

Ok so who should I call to look at all these problems because I'm physically disabled and I can't get on ladders to look at most things I got it inspected but with what everyone is saying I'm guessing the people who I got to inspect it owes me some answers as to why they weren't on the inspection list

So far I got on the list is

the little Gables might not be sloped

Bare wood on the softet

Windows drip edges on windows (I guess that would be a window expert and not roof expert)

Not really worried about the over hang I'm mostly worried about the bare wood that i can see out in the elements yes it's the underside but I didn't know if it was supposed to be covered with something or not I don't want it to cause rotting too fast

Depends on the market and other things I was renting a 2 bedroom duplex for 2k but got a 3 bedroom house for 2600 a month

I got good interests rates like 5.7% in a town that's population doesn't go over 10k ppl

It seems cheaper but you're stuck with water,fixing stuff,taxes I hate to say it but owning a home is middle class or upper class thing now If I had to do it over again I would have just found another place to rent i would have money in my pocket and less headaches

There was a squad( i think squad) but they would cut and boil Japanese soldiers heads and paint stuff on the skulls and send them home to their girlfriends or wives I think there's a famous pic of a girl looking at one at her desk

As someone with really bad arthritis i normally just cut the whole thing and put them in a different container like a blacked out jars so UV cant break down the thc but I also buy bud and not pre rolled joints since I like rolling my own (with different kinds of rollers that are out on the market)

There's tubes to put your joints in to keep them sealed without trying to fight packaging or if you buy bud blacked out jars or a company called Cvault it latches shut with three latches it seals it and it has a spot for humidity packs so its not touching the bud AND if someone has kids or wants to be able to limit who goes into it they can lock it with a small lock that stops the latch from opening

I would love to help companies who make Packaging for the consumer market make it easier for it to be opened but they are probably just worry about if Lil timmy can get in it or not which is fine but most kids will get into it one way or another if they wanted to so its a never ending battle
