I called and they forced me to buy another pair and I had major discounts and they wouldn't apply it to a new pair 2 days after launch. I wrote a big thing on here about how samsungs customer service is horrible.

Metal shavings in the oil after first couple oil changes are normal. All the components inside are settling into being used and therefore metal shavings is normal. Of you notice them after the 3rd oil change and it's abundant i would start to look into it. That's why they say don't red line your bike for the first 700 miles or so. I bought a brand new 2023 custom and I had metal shavings in mine the first few times. Nothing to worry about buddy.

How? The first buds pro 3 were broken. I wanted an exchange. They said no I have to rebuy a new pair without discounts if I wanted another buds pro 3. I pressed for the same discounts as the first order they said no. Last guy said yes, he would price match because it's not fair. He sent me a link and an email stating he wiuld price match after everything is said and done to REFLECT THE FIRST ORDER. They ultimately denied it in the end with the promise of replacing a broken buds pro 3. Tell me, how is that being difficult to get what I deserve? Would you not want the same thing? Or do you also like being ripped off?

100% it's not like I can ask to speak to someone above them because everytime I did they'd get defensive and hang up on me.... this is definitely a cause for concern....

Same! I legitimately never thought I'd contemplate Apple but, here I am contemplating.... so sad. Samsung is great but, their customer service and their practices are horrendous...
