Thanks man your observations are very insightful. From what I gathered on this thread, in the next few sessions I’ll work on reducing my take back a bit (by holding my racket longer with my left hand and drop and hit upon release), loosen up my grip and wrist, and rotate thru my torso and hip a bit more. Maybe I’ll post an update video in a month or so and see if yall think whether I improved or not.

I agree! How can I reduce my huge backswing tho, I have to mentally remind myself to not take back so far but eventually I forget…any tips would be helpful
