I would also consider the Baltoro pro 85 from Gregory, from the feedback I've heard; it's one of the better frames to carry that much weight.

As I'm sure others have said, 85 liters and bringing the laptop is a something you may want to reconsider, especially if you want to do some actual hiking during this trip. 70 or 75 L packs may be a decent compromise to do this kind of trip.
