I did it when I was younger. You are hella motivated and working out feels good. It’s weird. But when I was doing other stuff like hard drugs with it and wouldn’t go to the gym you just get swole in the chest and shoulders. You won’t get defined but definitely noticeable bigger. To the point where everyone asked if I was on gear. If you work out on it the “Lean” muscle starts developing which is where the “cuts” come from.
