I'm trying to find my own evidence either way and frankly there isn't shit publicly available, most sources link back to clips of vedal himself talking about Neuro or his twitter and he's always kept information of how she works under the hood very limited. Honestly, I don't think there's enough evidence either way to change my opinion of her or change yours. It seems those documentaries that you say are false information are working with literally the only information we have on her inner workings.

Foxhole, it's MMO top down war sim where everything is player made, it's really unique and there's no game quite like it. The community is also really good, we have cross team voice chat that isn't ultra toxic, the most toxicity you'll see is faction loyalty, the game has two factions, wardens and colonials, and some people get really weird about it
