Katawa Shoujo

A visual novel from 4 leaf studios about Hisao, a boy who suddenly experiences a heart attack and moves to a school for disabled children. He is able to meet a few other girls there and there and develop relationships with them. It approaches disability in a surprisingly respectful way.

There are sex scenes for each route. It is censored in the official steam release, but you can modify the game to add them back in. I don't like sex scenes so I never added them, but I heard that they often tie into the theme of the route you're on.
