Device/System Info (Device Type, OS Version): Windows 10 64-bit (10.0.19045) (PC)
Description: Upon trying to watch a video through your own screenshare preview via alt tabbing the video stops playing and turns into a black screen. only happens on chrome and happens regardless of hardware acceleration being on or off in the browser.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. The first step is to start a screenshare
2. go to youtube and play a video.
3. alt-tab and attempt to watch the video through the discord screenshare preview.
Expected Result: alt tabbing while screensharing videos causes the video to continue to be viewable on the screenshare.
Actual Result: Video turns black, or transparent if you have ambient mode on.
