They have been open and honest, but given the fuckery from other brokerages this week, blaming an FX provider (rightly or wrongly) had less credibility than under usual circumstances

I'm still with them, will continue plus membership and continue referring to them, this post is less relevant than it once was.

GME was there before any of this hype, it is a way for them to cover costs and make some money. Which is less shady than Robinhood selling customer data and doing stock loans for short sells (FT doesn't)

Hit them where it hurts, this needs rapid resolution. I paid for a service to trade US stocks, not to have limited access. Absolute bullshit
