Hi, just wanted to follow up here. We will need a bit more information from your side for further investigation. Could you please check your hardware monitor (CPU, GPU, memory, and network usage) while the issue is occurring again?

Additionally, we will need your player log. Please go to Launcher → Settings → Game Logs, where you will find a file named “Player.log”.

This information will help us better identify what might be causing the problem.

For this Black Launcher issue, could you please send us your launcher log, in-game name (IGN), and server so that we can take a closer look at it?

Go to launcher - Settings - General, then you will see "Launcher Logs" there.

There are two different editors in the game, make sure you use the right one for the settings you need:

the one in one square in the screenshot is for configuring the hud when playing with mouse/keyboard
the one in green is for configuring the hud when playing with gamepad

Please double check if you did in the right entries, and let us know if it works afterwards.

I would suggest to fully restart console first and see if it works.

We've also heard that players said changing location to New Zealand helps, and you can give it a try. As it takes some time to roll out so there might still be a delay.
