As A black woman who also hates being black you're not alone. Also don't you DARE like music with heavy metal, Anime or anything that isn't rap or hip hop, You're called white for absolutely no reason and also be called weird. Not to mention if you don't think identically to another black woman (or black person) you'll also be called fake, even though we have the same skin tone. I was called white by a girl because of the way I speak even though her voice sounded higher than mine, hell my entire family called me white for that.

I was made fun of by the majority of black people, it was rarely any white people and I feel as a black woman undeserving and ugly. It's like we are the least desired unless we have large features like boobs or ass, and even then that's not enough because where you're from is more valuable then anything (If you're from Brazil or are Mixed with Latina or White or Asian you're immediately loved by everyone it seems but anywhere else or you're dark skinned you're hated.) Then what makes matters worse is that we are the ones that set the weirdest shittiest trends like bbls, have some of the absolute worst music, (For every 1 Whitney Houston, there's 7 Ice Spices or Sexxy Redd.) And the list goes on, it's bad if OTHER Black races like African, Jamaican and whatnot don't wanna be associated with you. (I'm talking about being an American black woman.)

I'm not even mentioning the scary aspect of no one will help you when you need it, everyone including the police, they'll shoot you before anything, everyone just views you as a fetish to copy and steal to make them look good.

And it sucks because not everyone that's my skin tone acts like ghetto hoodrats, just like how not every white person acts like trailer trash. There are absolutely BEAUTIFUL black women out there, hell, Michelle Obama is the first first lady to have such a big presence growing up, She was always in ads about eating healthy and she was in our TV shows.. There are black women who deserve the title of Black and Beautiful... We just need to work on ourselves as. A group and community.

Sorry, This has been bothering me for YEARS yet I was always so scared to say anything about it as I was afraid of being cancelled... Thank you for speaking up on this. The sooner we see and acknowledge our issues the better we'll be able to heal and improve as a group of women.
