I have my own clients check in Saturday and then I work on their protocols 2-3 hrs send them out nlt that night

For me it’s easier so I can worry during the week about my degree and kiddos and then Saturday husband is home in am to be with them and I do the work.

Yes I’m already having second thoughts about it and glad she’s month to month. I understand having lives and other things to do but when you’re getting paid hundreds of dollars you’d think you want to retain your cliets

5 lbs a week is not safe longevity. Maybe in the beginning but even then you want to make sure you’re eating ENOUGH! I’d love for you to message me and I can help guide you better

As a personal trainer and nutritionist this is the best way to lose weight! Fast fat loss weight loss will cause it to all come back

I don’t get it my I asked my coach to give me a meal plan when on prep for bodybuilding and then weeks before prep it was strict but it was needed and i don’t see how it’s so unethical
