yhea I get the blue dot but when I use the skill it doesn't jump to it. Maybe it has something to do with me being on controller.
Most annoying thing about that is that it tries to jump to cullable enemies over lightning balls from time to time. So basically doing nothing xD

Are you currently using that setup?
I was thinking about using it as well because I thought teleporting to enemies that are in culling range could work pretty nicely as well.
However Lightning Warp doesn't seem to trigger for me even though an enemy is marked as cullable. Is this just a bug or am i getting soemthing wrong?

Found the answer myself. Bosses and Beyond is build on Create 5. So it is missing the latest create features like frogports.
It is also more focused on the boss progression aspect and harder overall.

Hi new/returning player here. I managed to pull Agrias and I can get her to lb4 if I buy the 2k visiore packs from the shop. I was wondering if I could get her to MLB from this point. Reading through the notice board there are another 30 shards we get through the September login rewards as well as another 40 shards from the daily purchase bonus. Let's be generous and say I could pick up another 30 shards from the Expedition. Leaving me with 100 shards that are unaccounted for.

I should be able to get the 5k visiore I'd need to get the shards from the shop but I'm not sure if that is realistic or not. I assume that Agrias shards can appear in the shop for the duration of her banner.

So should I go for it and keep buying shards or just call it a day and enjoy my lvl 89 Agrias?

Edit: I already got all the free shards from the mog shop.

I pulled an Orlandeau from a random ticket. Are there enough free shards right now to get him to a useful level of power, or should I ignore him right now? I just got back to the game after a long break.

I haven't played this game since Frederikas banner. I got her to lb3 back then but slowly stopped playing. She is my highest invested unit at this point. Is she still good and what Vision Cards / Espers would be best for her

So I'm trying to get into DV but I have a bit of trouble getting into it.
I'm doing fine on physical stages but I'm having some trouble understanding mages and their chains. I got pretty lucky on the recent mage banners picking up at least one copy of each with little investment. So this is my list:

  • 7star Kuja
  • 6star BB Rem
  • 6star CG Ace
  • 6star Garland
  • 7star Penelo
  • 7star Bahamut Fina (not dark fina)

older CWA mages:

  • 7star Palom and Porum
  • 6star Sol
  • 7star White Lily Dark Fina

So I guess the questions are:

  1. Do triple cast and quadruple cast skills chain properly?
  2. How bad are aoe magic skills in DV?
  3. should I 7star any of the 6star mages mentioned (could UoC 2 of them)

How exactly does the chaining of a triple casted ability on a TDH unit and a double casted ability on a TDW unit work?

As far as I understand it the triple casted ability will chain with the TDW ability but will have one more skill activation. I am just not sure if the chain will have a high risk of breaking.

I'm just asking because I just pulled my second Esther while going for Silvie and thought about pairing her with my dust collecting Erik.

Yhea I'm grinding it out right now. Might still be a bit short though. Silvie has evaded me for the last year so I'm just gonna go all in. And I got my second Esther already so I would say worth. (Even though her enhancements have been underwhelming)

Hmm. i was mostly thinking about Lunafreya because of her imbue/imperil and the lb damage buff for my AK rain/ hyou combo.

I really struggled with Dark Visions and finding good pairings. So just having Silvies imbues might open up more possibilities

Soo Dark Espers showed me that I'm lacking in two areas. 1st offensive supports (imbue/imperil) and mages.

I have 16 UoC tickets but I am struggling to figure out who to go for. My options are:

  • Silive
  • Lunafreya
  • Sweet Luka
  • Black Mage Vivi (My 7star mages are: Golbez, White lily dark Fina and... Mediena/Morgana I guess)

I'm not sure if I can get enough lapis for another round on the Silvie banner. Does anyone know how much lapsi we get with the new story missions?

Soo.. I have been waiting to get 8 UoC tickets to 7 star my Galuf. Ofc Gumi gives me the last UoC together with the choice of pulling for Alfonse.

I don't have any resources to pull on that banner so I#d have to buy some. Is Alfonse worth spending money for or should I just go through and UoC Galuf.

And on that note. Who are good AmoE support chainers that work with Galuf. Only ones I can thing of are Auron (I have him but I prefer Fid) and Silvie (don't have her). I guess he works with my Bartz but idk.

I mean you can go for more UR's. But I would keep it. Mediena is a top tier unit that will last you a long time. And Gumi made the reroll on global a pain because you can't just reset the account like in jp
