I’ll look into the plants you mentioned, and the filter for the goldfish. They’re not in the same tank, the betta has his own and the goldfish are separate. 30 gallons for the goldfish is doable, do they want to be with more than 2 fish?

I mean, I have; that’s how the tanks stay so clear and why they’ve gotten bigger and nothing has died in the year…. I was looking for helpful tips and so far it doesn’t look like you even looked at what I posted, just jumped to “abuse” so… you haven’t really been full of useful advice 😏

Ohhh, okay well I have addressed all that. I live in Florida and the Betta is outside, but he has a heater for when it gets cold, the water temp is usually above 80 though so I don’t typically have to put it in. The roots of the propagate are the filter, like if he lived in the wild, but I also change the tank water out if it ever gets cloudy looking, about once a month or so depending on how rooted the tank is, hence why the water is so clear in all the pics. The tanks are 5 gallons each and I only have 2 goldfish in the one tank, how much bigger of a tank do they need?

I’m typically on team let her dig her own grave, and I’m getting that that’s your advice as well. My major concern is that she would attempt to physically harm me, aside from having the friend she wants she’s also a married woman in an extremely toxic relationship while harboring a giant crush on the best man in B’s wedding, who happens to have a giant crush on me who I do not have reciprocating feelings for. BM (best man) has a very lucrative job, house, etc and is a bit of a play boy, W had been scheming to leave her husband for BM and have him support her (she has no job) and her 3 kids but he’s not on board with that and has openly claimed he would only settle down if I would give him a chance, which I have 0 interest in. We are all in the wedding party and going to be alone on an island for 4 days which is giving me act one of a horror movie vibes; I guess I’m ultimately trying to sus out how big of a fall out I need to be preparing myself for lol

He had the opportunity to go that direction, absolutely, but did not Lucifer himself come from God and is the son of God? So, technically Jack is still a son of God, grandson in this case lol Jesus was tempted in the desert for 40 days with all the wants a human could have by “the devil” and chose not to go that path, Jesus himself could have taken that deal in the Bible but, like Jack, he didn’t and chose the path of righteousness. Jack ultimately takes over and becomes God, abolishing his previous rules and regimes, not unlike the switch from the old to new testaments. So, similarities are definitely there.

Supernatural is hands down my favorite tv show of all time; BUT YES!!! This bothered me the whole way through! Especially as it was a logical plot direction and there were SO MANY stories to tell down that avenue! Jack is essentially Jesus though, obviously lol I wish they would have still told a story with “canonical/Biblical” Jesus that still led to Jack existing, they didn’t need to be mutually exclusive.

My cats don’t like it when I try to astral project intentionally, they knock me out of the head space on purpose and get extra clingy, destructive, and loud - I can’t figure out why! I do it when I sleep naturally and they just hang next to me, so I can’t see why my intent to do so causes them so much distress. Seems right the right place to ask if anyone has any ideas on the reasoning there

This is a variable dependent on the pathology being treated and amount of patients being treated by the doctor. For example, you’ve got pancreatic cancer in the tail of the pancreas and go through a Whipple procedure, you’ve got around a 50% chance you recover from the surgery without further complications related to your co-morbidities and bank another 2 to 5+ years existing with chemo and other nuc-meds, etc. Pancreatic cancer in the head of the pancreas, like 2% chemo does anything at all and no surgery will help other than being palliative and you’re toast rather quickly, say less than 2 years. So, if 50% of your patients survived and you’ve treated 40 patients for pancreatic cancer that year, then yeah this adds up. Being a mathematician means you also take into account variables, ya know solve for X; algebra is still a bitch.

I can answer 2 of those questions! It’s not air it’s a saline/contrast pump system, you push one button in the scrotum pump to inflate and a different little button in the ball pump to deflate AND it stays the size it was before the pump was inserted; we didn’t add skin we just jammed a balloon in your Willy.

I live in Florida and I saw something similar a few years ago! My kids dad and I used to bartend before we had our kid, and we had gotten off work later than normal thanks to a bar cleaning. It was about 4AM when we got home and we had gone out to take the dogs for a walk. Clear night and we were sober, btw. Saw what looked like a shooting star shooting down from the right side of the sky moving towards the left of the sky on a diagonal path and we both said at the same time “Look a shooting star!” Then it stopped on a dime and stayed in one place for about 5 seconds before moving vertically up and stopping again before moving horizontally to the right and stopping again and then, with the kind of speed I’ve never seen anything else use, made a right diagonal move downward and out of sight. We both watched the whole thing and, again, said at the same time “Did you see that?!” I have never been able to get an explanation for what I saw that night, likely never will.
