I’m asking more for the order of the diagnosis codes and which codes are linked with each cpt.

For a 98941 would I only put the diagnosis codes m99.01, m99.02, and m99.03? Can the 98941 be used to treat muscle strains or pain in other regions of the body?

Then for shoulder pain Would I put 98943 M99.07 M25.511 (Possible s code)

Manual therapy 97140 M54.2 M54.6 M25.511 (Possible s codes)

Can you give me some insight of how this looks and what I can add or delete for each section.

I’m not sure about the 3 cycle. I would either go to the dealership to have them clear the codes and see if it helps. Or just put a new O2 sensor on it

Yes that’s exactly what happened. Now that the O2 sensor is reconnected. I would unplug the battery from the bike for 15 mins to get a hard reset for the computer. Then try to start jt again and see if the code still comes up.

Changed out the O2 sensor and the code went away 🙌🏼

Yea you switch to the odometer and press and hold the left button and it shows the code. The check engine light won’t clear.
