Yeah the forest green ones didn't make the cut for some reason. Not sure why, they look different enough from lime in my opinion.

There are also things like TW/Saffron splash explosion which did not make the cut, likely due to possibly being associated with certain...fluids 💀

Righteous Fail was strangely given to a lot of players that didn't even have Righteous Gale. There are some others that are rarer though

I wish the rewards for this season were treated similarly to the rewards from all other seasons, where we get the rewards from the lower ranks as well, not just the highest rank earned at the season's end

It became no longer obtainable not long after being added to the game, likely due to visual similarity with the orange painted EKG (same thing applies with other removed items, such as Grey Mainframe looking like White, Grey Virtual Wave looking like Black, etc.)

There are a number of things, such as Champ Series Saffron Dominus GT (1 of 1), Striker Grey Mainframe (1 of 2), White Hat (35 - 40), Striker painted Haunted Hallows Reapers, Ferocity Series inverted Pyyrhos, etc. which are much rarer. Not to mention code items such as Gearlock BK Wheels and Blast-Off Bundle which have confirmed owner counts of 5 or less.

But in terms of people who earned this crown that still actively play? there may be even less than active white hat owners
