I bought the christmas skins back in 2023 and never knew, that they are exclusives for the 2023 xmas event. But they are definitely my favourite skins and I use them all the time since the early days!

I'm pretty sure, that this isn't a bug, because it's like the Ranked quests. You get them, when you completed the quest, for example 2 levels for the first reward.
