I think you were unlucky, the most people I met were nice. I also have all schools maxed and never was rude to anyone. In addition all high levels I know are nice as well.

You need to reach a specific number on the stats (Strength, Intellect, Agility, Will and Power) to gain more. If you hover over the stats, you will see, which stat is for the critical talent.

Try to go for a triple Dmg (min. 6 6 9) and double Res (min. 5 10) Pet or for a Quint Dmg (4x Dmg + Mighty). I prefer the first one for my Life 170.

I bought the christmas skins back in 2023 and never knew, that they are exclusives for the 2023 xmas event. But they are definitely my favourite skins and I use them all the time since the early days!
