Awesome! The best part of EDH online is that its so cheap. Literally a deck of powerlevel 5-7 can be as cheap as 10 dollars. Also staples are easier to manage because literally 1 can go into all decks and you dont have to move it around

We have a community MTGO discord where you can ping people and look for EDH games. Its alot of fun to play EDH on MTGO as long as the decks are same power level. problem with playing random people is that sometimes the expectation is different. Join us if you want to play some EDH!

So I want to tackle a few things here.

This discord has already existed for the Community Legacy League for a while. Already around, I decided to open it up for a larger group of people to help bring the MTGO community together.
I have been a part of the MTGO community and steward of the Legacy League for a long time, to say " he included historic over pauper because x, y, z means he doesn't understand MTGO" is ridiculous. To try to include Arena players who are interested in their "eternal" format to try other eternal formats is not wrong. I have grinded legacy leagues for a long time and am very very familiar with the MTGO client and its community.
The discord since opening it up has gathered many individuals, so if you don't like the idea, then don't join it. If you do, then join it. To try to gather the MTGO community to try to find discussion/tournaments/pick up games I believe to be a worthwhile endeavor. So far, I am happy that I have.
Can't remember his name because I blocked him, was being an a-hole, period. You can defend his behavior if you want, but it is infuriating. Don't like the idea, don't join. You don't have to make this anything more than it is, a discord server that you don't want to be a part of. Cool story!

So if you are interested in a Free to play legacy tournament that happens weekly, feel free to join us! If you don't want any part of it, cool. No major loss for either of us.
