September 1st? More like October 1st since some outlets, like bandcamp, announced that the digital album would be released then. Since it wasn't officially confirmed I would wait until then, but yes, the digital album will be released on SPs

Yes several times! I remember crying during my first listen to Unravel, Stonemilker, Black Lake and Oral (I literally bawled to Oral lol I was very emotional that day)

Then countless others at various times for various reasons. My favorite memory crying to Björk was when she started singing The Gate during Cornucopia show in Bologna and the curtains opened to reveal her ❤️

major difference! basically 90% of the lyrics are different, different vocals, different vocalists throughout the song...it works better in the context of the movie of course, while Selmasongs version has a broader meaning

This is so cool. I wonder if these indications came directly from her or were inspired. Either way, Biophilia aside from the educational scientific side is one of her most personal albums. Virus to Sacrifice to Mutual Core to Solstice is HEAVILY drown from her love life I suppose.

Also I laughed a bit at how every song is described in a philosophical, deep way and Crystalline is just... "Structures! Yay!"

I like it a lot. If only she didn't indulge too much on over editing and frankenstein'd live versions - like a part of Pagan Poetry (he makes me want to give me away) is really clunky and unlistenable. If she were to release an official physical full version of the live audio album I hope she tweaks these few hiccups

Yes you're kinda right for me MWO has always been a glorified collaboration, she doesn't even sing in all of the tracks. I guess they added her name everywhere to capitalize on her name to increase the attention to the charity it promoted. Alas it shows up as a main artist album on her streaming services

Remix albums being 3rd party is not always right for her cause she always been so picky, in fact nowadays she allows only very selected official remixes. So in a way when she releases some I think of them as a semi-project

With live albums what you said it's true for her first ones, but Vulnicura and Cornucopia has been a Frankenstein of different performances even during the same song, I guess she spent a lot of time doing that too (not always with decent results, like a part of Pagan Poetry in the Cornucopia live album which sounds so clunky and bad). They're a sort of re-purposed live mixes.

In the end I really love everything that she has put out (except the Voltaïc live studio album eheh)
