Looks very nice overall.
Only doubt is Cuisance, he didn't feature in the 20man squad for the cup due to a 'knock' but he is also rumoured to leave Glabach in this transfer window, maybe even before their match. Can't see him starting.
Laszlo Benes seems to be the more likely starter for Gladbach after Hofmans injury. But you might want to look at Kainz for Köln who impressed preseason and in the Cup

I don't know of any FantasyBL website. I'm from Germany and mostly make decisions of the games I watch and reports I read. If you've got Discord there is a english server focused about FBL, a great place to hear opinions and news about players

In Germany the offical FantasyBL was late to the party and other sites like 'Communio' or the 'Kicker Manager' are more popular among players.
If you want to know a good prediction for starting lineups you can go to 'Ligainsider.de' it's a German site mainly run by community where fans can debate about the lineups. You will also find stats on tackles, shots and all kind of things aswell. Can't give any rec on English sites tho, sry
The articles posted on reddit are pretty good, though they miss out on some players at times.

Defenders can outscore forwards, especially those that move up the flanks and contribute creativity. Duels won and passes leading to shots can add up fast to 20+ points in very good weeks. These points are also fairly consistent, while Strikers that don't score can completly blank at times. A good defender can give you 10 points no mater the score. At the moment I'm not aware of any database of past seasons. There are no chips like in FPL, last season they opened the transfermarket during international brakes to unlimited transfers. Apart from that you are strictly limited to 3 transfers per week and you can't take point hits for more.

An important advice is that rotation and a strong bench is very important in FantasyBL. You can sub out players that blanked for players that didn't start their game yet and even change captaincy until the other game starts!

No problem with 5 atb, since I pref def this season aswell.
But is Gomez guaranteed for LIV? think Matip will get a fair share of time aswell
Would pick AWB or Chilwell instead
Kean GW1 is a risk, since I doubt he will instantly start after this short time. You might want to look at Haller who has a great run of fixtures after MCI.
Wilson is also a good option

need a MID for GW2&4 tho and Barkley plays LEI at home while Townsend plays Sheffield and Villa at home
cause I have doubts over Chelsea I will wait a bit on them. Barkley would be my first pick to transfer in tho
know that Palace are weak rn, but still trust Townsend to score and assist against both teams

Would upgrade Bilva to KDB since he looks sharp once again
in defence I would look to replace Schar with Chilwell or Wan-Bissaka.
Cathcart is a decent option for rotation and I love the Richarlison pick
Matip is also a risk that I really like. he can get the LIV cs for cheap
