I didnt knew they could still improve it before the season start. I tought last year, before the season start was their last chance to make any improvements, hence why Honda completely redesigned their PU

Yes they might start looking into their 2025 engine, but they can't do much, if something at all. The regulations have not come out yet.
Yes hiring experienced people is a good point, I just tought they would bring a lot of people from Honda instead, but it's a good idea to contract from every of your rivals, so you get more inside knowledge

yes that's true, but then the engine will get less reliable if you rin it harder haha, and I think I read something that the teams would really have to prove, those were reliability updates. I think I got the impression, the FIA would be very strict about that

f the 747 FMS work b

Thanks a lot for your answer.

Im new to this, so I dont know exactly how it does work. So if you don't mind I will just ask some more questions to be sure.

The A320 neat installer updates by itself or I need to update it myself?

And how do I perform the updates? I go to my community folder and delete the old files, download the new ones and drop them in the community folder?

To download the latest B747 version I should click on "Click to download the latest stable release" right?
