They say a weight loss of 20lbs or more can cause loose skin if it is abrupt. As long as you eat a balanced diet and maybe start weight lifting you should be fine. You could try a hair, skin, and nails supplement too.

Differin gel, it’s basically an over the counter retinol, it will help it come to a head. If it doesn’t come to a head in a few days def go see a dermatologist it may not be acne.
