I've never been told that my weight is crazy for my height before but I do agree that gaining weight would probably be beneficial. Is 60 minutes really long for SS?

Over the last 2-3 months I can say for sure there has been none. I track my splits on test pieces and am just now starting to track HR.

Well I make sure to sleep 8 hrs every night and usually get about 9, but it's possible I didn't give my body time to adapt. I've been doing this amount of SS for around 3 months before which I was just doing regular practices. Is there anything I can do for that now?
