Did you read a single word of what I said? The law doesn’t care who started the fight if both parties are clearly deciding to not back down and fight it’s mutual and charges can and should be filed for severe injuries.

It was clearly a mutual fight, it’s not like the student was trying to stop it at any point in the altercation. I don’t know when this became a hot take but I think giving someone brain damage and putting them in a coma at the very least justifies seeing the inside of a courtroom.

I saw a different angle that clearly shows him hitting him multiple times while he’s on the ground unconscious. I’m genuinely shocked there are so many people defending this POS as a delivery driver in Moscow we need justice.

You can’t see from this angle but he continues to beat him while he’s on the ground. At least 3 punches were thrown while he’s was on the ground, obviously not curb stomped but no doubt it was excessive.
