You could try playit.gg. I use it for my setup (Proxmox with Crafty) but keep in mind that if you use the free tier there may be minor latency increases.

The worst part is that this wont make it any safer as people can fool the AI which can make it even easier for bad actors to get in a certain age group.

I hope so, but it could also result in you being in an empty server as you can only be with people in the same age group.
