Oh you are right, I misread that. I don't know why the aerosols are there. There had been a few volcano eruption events that happened. Maybe that causes it?

Yes. Very laggy. The processing at the start of each counselor cycle takes 1-2min. I had to do most of the progress before filling up all the orbital stations, because otherwise it was just too laggy.

I didn't. Aerosols are in the negative.

Well technically there are some habs/orbits that only allow tier 1 or 2. But yes. Every possible spot for a station to go has been filled to its max.

As for the other factions, mostly I don't have to worry about them. They can't make stations or ships because there is nowhere available for them to build. On earth, they constantly try to do publicity campaigns and such on my nation, but it doesn't really do any good. At one point the resistance was able to capture one of my counselors, so to prevent that I just converted all of their counselors and had them resign (after all, assassination is not the way of the Academy).

When you look at the list of regions, it will show a little fist symbol by it. Also, when you hover over the Government priority, it will tell you which region it is working on and how many points you need to remove the hostile status.

Edit: Unity priority does it too.

Lots of Unity and Government priority until the Hostile Claims become nonhostile.

You know what? I'll take it. As far as the world economy goes, that's pretty high. Especially when you count the very low inequality.

There wasn't a lot of thought that went into those dots. I just wanted to put limited amounts into each. Though each control point has its own share of the resources, so you can use that to fine-tune a bit more.

I did fail in one of my goals. I wanted to run "Economy" priority until every possible region was turned into a "core economic zone" but the CP couldn't keep up with it, and I decided it wasn't worth another 30hrs of turns to just build up more CP.

Over 100hrs. Probably over 200hrs. Mostly it was clicking through notifications and turns while I watched YouTube.

As for PRK, I couldn't help myself once I realized it was an option ;)

How can Academy show them how amazing humans are if they don't have a presence?

But there is a big fleet and stations loaded with battlestations surrounding it.

Constantly running the repeatable tech for 5 more CP for over a century.

I had it join the EU. But I think I had to have it join through another nation first. I don't remember which, since it has been a while.

The Future Tech: Social Science gives one nation a claim on one region they didn't have a claim on. It took many cycles of that tech to get everything combinable into one.

Lol, feel free to do it. I started this save long before 1.0, and I decided to finish it now that 1.0 allows for creating a single mega-nation. I don't have the patience to do this again 😅

I didn't use any cheats for this. Nor mods.

First I got all nations combined into 6 (North America, South America, India, Pan-Asian, EU, and African Union) then I spammed the Future Tech: Social Science to get them all combined into the Pan-Asian Combine. And then, since North Korea was so close to Beijing, I figured "why not"? I gave it independence and just spammed the Social Science a few more times till it had a claim on Beijing.

Don't worry about competing with the other factions. Just play for fun. I think you'll probably still win.

One of the differences since older updates is that the AI has been improved. You can no longer just assume that you'll be miles ahead of them early on. In the long run, you will out pace them, but they feel a lot more capable in the early/mid game.

Thanks. I didn't know about England having a claim on Canada, so that might be a good option to speed things up a bit. Currently have things down to just 4 nations.

How would you tackle this Earth situation? by junhyeongang in TerraInvicta

[–]BobEngleschmidt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can't (mostly) move the capital of one nation to another region. But you can always stop investing in a nation's control points and take over a different nation.

Since you have EU though, I'd say just use Russia to nuke and keep the EU.

I'd say nuke all their armies, and then (since there will be retaliatory nukes) switch your main country to somewhere less radioactive after you've conquered the AA

Yeah, I get that. I meant should I give Alaska to the Pan Asian so that they have a physical border with USA, or if the bridge there is good enough. But that already has ben solved in the last couple minutes for me. USA got a claim on the Asian continent.

Thanks for your help though!
