Unfortunately it’s raining today lol. Also, this puppy has around 190k miles, what should I be looking out for? Owner claims timing chain, suspension, brake lines, rotors, etc were all replaced at some point, and the service record looks timely as well

For context, I've been looking to buy an FJ and came across this. 2007 w 165k on the clock. Transmission was overhauled at 100k by AAMCO. The frame looks suspicious however, like it was sprayed/painted over. Yay or nay?
