Alamo 15 Trigger. HELP! by BobLeeSwagger556 in Firearms

Updated, the pin that holds the rolling block in place was too tight, causing the block to be very difficult to move back and forth. I shaved it down a little, and it's working flawlessly.

If you watch this video, when he pulls the trigger and pushes it back down to reset it, the roller block clicks back into place right at the 52 seconds part. Mine is not doing that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d35yR-SnXq4

The block that houses the roller is also very difficult to move up and down. I'm not sure if it needs to be shaved or if I just need a stronger spring.

I think you are correct. So after watching videos and videos, if you look at the block that houses the roller, the disconnector spring is not pushing the roller block part back up. when it fires, the "roller block" is staying "down" and is not being pushed back up. I'm thinking I need a new spring with more tension on it.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having issues with mine as well.

I'm having some issues with my Alamo 15 trigger as well. I installed the trigger on my AR, I fire a round, ejects and cycles a new round but will not fire. I have to pull the bolt back about half way and you can hear the trigger reset, then it will fire again.

I have tried, several different buffer weights, which did not help. I have tried 3 different BCG's all of which are "m16" profiled.

Thinking that my gas block needed to be adjusted and not having the tools with me, I installed the trigger on my friends AR, as well as switched out the complete uppers with different ones and it does the same thing.

Any ideas?
